To get your passwords back, please follow the steps below:
PLEASE NOTE: Wise Folder Hider is a freeware, you can download and use it free of charge. But passwords Retrieve Service is manual and fee-based. So Order ID is must to get your passwordss back. (That's to say, we can do nothing in getting your passwords back without order ID.)
First, please purshase "WFH password Retrieve Service" and remember your Order ID.
Second, click here to download the attachment GetPassword.exe and then run it.
Third, click "Show my password", and your encrypted passwords will appear.
Last, click "Send to us" to send these messages to our support team with your Order ID attached.
(P.S.: If you have no email client, please copy all your messages and send them to support@wisecleaner.com manually.)
After we get your strings and confirm your Order ID, we will decrypt your passwords and send them back to you.
